About Me
I’m Dr. Desiree Yazdan, DDS, MS. Wife, mom, certified coach, and dog mom.
Oh, and I have a successful dentistry practice where I exceed my revenue goals, only working 13 hours a week. But it definitely didn’t start that way.
Long story short- I bought into what I thought was a successful practice, only to be left with a ton of debt, a business partner who destroyed the business, and no patients.
But I wasn’t about to go down like that. I knew I could figure this out.
It took some time, but I really learned how to have control of my business and create a constant rush of patients flooding my office every month. They were ready to book now, pay out of pocket for my favorite procedures, and tell all their friends.
I went from 12-13 hour days and constantly stressed out to working 13 hours a week and being booked out months in advance.

FAQs
When are the calls? What if I’m in a different time zone?
The calls are Thursdays at 4:30pm PST. It is encouraged but not required to attend the calls live. The replays will be available and additional coaching/questions on the replay are available. I always have doctors join in different time zones (even diff countries), or that have conflicts that have no trouble getting the learnings and coaching needed.
How much time do I need to commit to each week?
This program requires a little over 1 hour. 1 hour for the weekly call and a few minutes to complete the check-in and apply the new tools and coaching.
How much access do I have to you?
I, Dr. Yazdan (you can call me Desiree), am the only coach that will be doing the teachings and in communication with you. Outside of your weekly check-in, our weekly call, our slack channel, you also have complete access to me for any personalized questions.
What happens after the 6 months?
You will have big transformations after 6 months together. Most doctors set new goals and continue in the program to hit their new set of goals.
What if I am not a business owner?
Million Dollar Mentorship is designed for doctors who want to make more money, cut back their work hours, and have less stress doing it.
